Safety rules

TIME STOPS

Safety is our priority and flights may be cancelled or postponed in such adverse weather conditions:

  • High winds: winds above 20 km/h can create dangerous conditions, making the balloon difficult and unstable to control.
  • Precipitation: in heavy rain or snow, the balloon envelope becomes heavy and visibility is poor, which can affect flight stability and safety.
  • Thunderstorms: Thunderstorms bring strong gusts of wind and lightning, which can pose a serious threat to safety.
  • Fog: Fog reduces visibility, making orientation and landing difficult.

  • We always inform our customers of changes in good time.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clients must follow all instructions given by the pilot both before and during the flight.
Smoking, alcohol or other intoxicants are strictly prohibited during flight.
Follow the instructions for safe boarding, basket and deplaning.
